As long as you place an order correctly, you will receive your goods.
2. How can I pay for my order?
Prices on our website are shown in Canadian Dollars. You can pay whatever currency of your country. We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Jcb, Diners Club) and PayPal.
3. Do I have to register to place an order?
No. You can simply place an order as a guest. As long as you offer your email and your billing/shipping address, which are necessary, we can process your order and contact you. However, we highly suggest you to register an account so we can deal with your orders much more efficiently. Besides, only if you have an account, you can accumulate your store points, gain coupons, obtain store credit, and many more.
4. How to place an order?
It's easy. Basically you just need to follow the process and that's it! Here is the details, first of all, you put all the items that you want to buy with the correct information (title, size, color, etc) to the shopping cart, secondly, check out, and then it's done. We suggest you to use a work address and a private email, because they'll usually arrive on working hours (9am-5pm) and you'll be requested an autograph ID. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick up. Please leave your private email so we can contact you conveniently. If you leave your work email to us, you will very possibly not be able to check your emails in weekends and holidays. 5. What happens after I place my order?
When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which all the necessary information included. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check your spam mailbox. Generally, we need 1-4 workdays to process your order, depending on what goods you order. If the goods are out of stock (yeah...in rare cases it happens) or any other problems, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If things are going well, we will send the parcel and you will receive the second email to have the tracking number. The process time sometimes might be affected by some holidays and the delivery times may be delayed accordingly as well. If delay happens because of holidays or vacations, we post it on our website so you know it before you shop. If delays happens for any other reasons, such as warehouse cleanup, delivery problems, we strive to let you know that as early as possible.
6. what if I want to cancel my order or make a change to my order?
Well... please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. We will try our best to see if things can be changed. However, if the order has been processed, we can't make any changes to you order. So, please, please, please make sure you really want to buy the products before you place the order.
7. How about duties, taxes and other fees?
If the goods are not imported, for example, being shipped from Vancouver to anywhere in Canada, you certainly don't pay duties. But if it is shipped from Vancouver (Canada) to other countries or the goods are actually shipped from Indonesia, Vietnam or China to other countries, you may need to pay for duties and probably other random fees. We don't charge you duties. As long as you pay for the prices of the goods, we send your parcels anyway. It is possible that you receive a call from your Custom to ask you pay for the duties or any other relevant fees to the Government of your country. It is imported and we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. Depending on our experience, there is only 0.08% parcels sent by us were levied duties. To reduce the odds of being levied, we will separate the goods if the total weight is greater than 10Kg, into 2 or more smaller parcels. If you are levied and you are not comfortable with that, please let us know that by email to email@example.com.
We don't charge taxes except the sale taxes. We don't charge sale taxes unless the shipping address is in Canada. www.365boxingdays.com is a Canadian online retail store and we are physically located in BC Canada. It is our responsibility to collect sale taxes through Canada. We don't collect sale taxes if the customers are from other countries.
8. What do we do to deal with the Size and Color Discrepancy?
First of all, we would like to remind you that all the pictures shown on our website are photogenic. Colors can be affected by the light and your computer/ipad/phone monitors as well. Sizes are measured by hands so there is 1-3cm deviation always. If you worry about the color and size very much, we suggest you not to buy the goods. You will have to cover the shipping fee for the return or exchange, if it is due to the color or size discrepancy.
If you really need to exchange or return the goods, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and in many cases please attach the photographs as they are very helpful. We will reply you and deal with your case as soon as possible. Our customer service staff will provide you the address (either in BC Canada or in China, depending on which one is closer to you) to allow you to ship the goods to the correct address.
9. What do we do to deal with the missing parcels, seriously delayed parcels, wrong items, ruined products due to the broken packaging bags?
Wrong items: We perform very strict quality control on all the items sold from our website. All products are double checked and packed very carefully before they are sent off. However, in the very rare cases if you seriously think you received the wrong items, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please remember to provide us with the photograph to clarify the problem of the wrong items. Once you get the address please send the wrong items back to us in BC Canada. We will issue you 100% free exchange or refund.
Missing/Delayed parcels: If your parcels are missing, please contact us and we will need to look into the parcel track. No matter what reasons cause the missing, we will either resend you new parcels or you will be fully refunded. If your parcels shipments are seriously delayed, due to bad weather or other unknown reasons, we will communicate to the shipping companies and let's see what we can do the best for you.
Ruined products due to the broken packaging bags: When you receive your parcels, we strongly suggest you to check the packaging bags carefully first and then open it to check the contents. If your goods are ruined due to the broken packaging bags, you have right to refuse to sign for accepting. Once you signed and accept the parcels, we can't help you any more if you find a packaging problem later.
10. Do you provide receipt, gift receipt or an invoice?
Yes. A receipt will sent to your email address automatically after the payment is cleared. An Invoice or gift receipt is available as well upon your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org after the payment is cleared.
11. Can I get a discount if I make a large order?
Absolutely. The more you buy, the more you save. Every item has two prices: regular price and PP price (we call it Planned Purchase Price). To enjoy the super low PPP, you have to collect at least 26 planned purchase points in one order and be prepared to wait for one month to get your order.
