Return and Exchange Policy

 

14 Days Return and Exchange Warranty

 

We hope that you will be truly happy with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes you may feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. Let's keep the process as simple as possible. The following terms do not affect your statutory rights.   

 

Once you decide to return an item, please contact us at info@365boxingdays.com as soon as possible.  Our staff will need to look into the situation and provide you the designated address to allow you to ship your items back.   
  
Our policy lasts 14 days. Returns must be dispatched within 14 days since the customers receive the delivery.  If 14 days have gone by since you receive the delivery, unfortunately we can’t accept you return or exchange requirements.

 

If you wish to receive a refund or exchange your item, please return your purchase in its original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, tag attached and folded carefully. Items that do not meet these criteria are not refundable or exchangeable.  

 

Generally, returning delivery expenses are covered by customers and are not refundable.  Please retain proof of postage - and we recommend appropriate insurance cover - as we cannot accept responsibility for any items sent by customers that are lost in transit. 

 

We will refund you money that you have paid for the order (excluding the postage). If you selected "free shipping" in your original purchase, please kindly note that we actually paid the shipping fee for your original order, as a result, we will not refund you the part for shipping. The exact shipping fee is very depending on the weigh/size of the item you bought. 

 

Exception: 
 
·        We do not accept return of items sold in "Clearance".  
·        We do not accept return or exchange of the customized goods. 
·        We do not accept return or exchange of the intimate or sanitary goods.
